As Beşler Yem ve Un Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (Beşler Yem ve Un A.Ş. or the Company), we process your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law). In order to inform you about the processing, storage, transfer and deletion of your personal data in accordance with the law, this disclosure text has been prepared by us and submitted for your information.


1) Data Controller
Beşler Yem ve Un A.Ş. 3/1 of the Law. It is the data controller pursuant to subparagraph (i) of the article. We, as the data controller, take the necessary administrative and technical measures for the legal processing and protection of your personal data.

• To carry out our company activities in accordance with the legislation,

• To give information about the organization and event activities organized by our company,
• To carry out contract processes with people who have contractual relations with our company,

• Ensuring the security of our company in the physical and virtual environment,
• Carrying out our company's legal affairs
It is processed with its main purposes. The purposes listed above are not (limited) and your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, within the scope of other (sub) purposes in accordance with the law, depending on the type of relationship/contract you have established with our Company.


3) Our Methods of Processing Your Personal Data and Our Legal Reasons
Your personal data is processed and stored verbally, in writing or electronically by our Company through automatic or non-automatic methods, through our Company's units and departments, sales channels, call center, website and similar electronic transaction platforms, audio or video recording tools. Your personal data is updated when necessary to ensure its accuracy and timeliness.
Your personal data, 5/1 of the Law. By obtaining explicit consent as stipulated in Article 5 of the Law. It can be processed by our Company in the presence of at least one of the reasons set forth in Articles and 6. Explicit consent is only one of the legal bases that makes it possible to process personal data in accordance with the law. 5/2 of the Law. and 6, your personal data may be processed by our Company without the need for explicit consent.

4) Transfer of Your Personal Data

The transfer of your personal data is limited to domestic and our Company does not transfer your data abroad.


5) Your Legal Rights as a Personal Data Owner
As a personal data owner,
• Learning whether your personal data is processed,
• If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
• Requesting correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You have the rights.

Your request, which includes the necessary information identifying your identity to exercise your above-mentioned rights, and your explanations regarding your right that you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK; By filling out the Data Owner Application Form, which you can access on our website, you can send a signed copy of the form to Organize Sanayi Bolgesi 1.Cad. 4.Sok No:5, 25700 Aziziye/Erzurum, you can personally send the documents identifying your identity, send it via a notary public or other methods specified in the KVKK, or send the relevant form to suhut.tosun@beslerunyem.com.tr or besler.gida@hs03 You can send it to .kep.tr with a secure electronic signature.

Your request will be concluded free of charge by our Company as soon as possible according to its nature and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if a fee schedule is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff.
