Materials for Baklava Recipe

For dough:

  • 100 grams of melted butter (waiting for it to cool, 7 tablespoons)
  • Half a cup of tea liquid oil
  • Half a cup of tea milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 about a quarter of a teaspoon
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 cups of tea water
  • 4 water glasses flour

  • 250 grams of pistachio powder
  • 50 grams of fillet pistachio

Preparing the baklava dough:

  1. In a deep container, butter, liquid oil, milk, eggs, vinegar, we take the salt, the yogurt and the water, and we mix it up nicely.
  2. We add the flour in little by little, knead it, put it on the counter after it's well recovered, and add flour to make a non-stick stick dough.
  3. We divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and make it into a cloth.
  4. We sprinkle a lot of starch on the counter, and we open the glands the size of a dessert plate.
  5. We leave the wipes we open with a clean cloth to rest for 40 minutes.

Opening and Stitching the dough Phase:

  1. We're slightly starch the counter. Then we sprinkle starch on the glands, put a couple of them on top of each other, and we open them wide enough to open them.

  7. After we get it out of the oven, we pour the sherbet hot into the hot baklava. After we pull the diamond syrup, we sprinkle it with peanuts and serve it. Enjoy your meal.
